About This Service
Behaviour problems are one of the leading reasons pets are surrendered or euthanised prematurely. Our at home behavioural consultations assess your pet in their own environment, where problems are most apparent. We identify root causes, rule out medical contributors, and give you a practical, evidence-based plan.

What's Included & How It Works
- 01
Before the visit, you complete a behaviour questionnaire online so we have a clear picture of your pet's history, environment, and the specific concerns you're seeing.
- 02
Our vet visits your home and observes your pet in their natural environment, where behaviour problems are most apparent and least masked by clinic stress.
- 03
A full assessment is conducted: in-depth behavioural review combined with a medical screening to rule out pain or illness as a hidden driver of the behaviour.
- 04
You receive a written behaviour modification plan with clear, practical steps. We coach you through it during the visit so the plan starts on the right foot.
- 05
A follow-up telehealth check-in is included to review progress and adjust the approach. If a veterinary behaviourist is the right next step, we arrange the referral.
Pricing
Our behavioural consultation service is $249. Any additional services or medications will be quoted separately.
We'll always confirm costs before your visit, no hidden fees.

Quality of Life Consultation
Helping you know when it's time, without pressure
When your pet is ageing or living with a serious illness, it can be hard to know whether their quality of life is still good enough. This consultation is a calm, unhurried conversation and examination at home, where our vet assesses your pet's comfort, dignity, and day-to-day experience, and helps you decide what the right next step looks like. For some families that's palliative care to keep their pet comfortable for longer; for others, it's the clarity that it's time to say goodbye.
