Available anywhere in Australia, telehealth consultations are open to all Victorian residents and, in many cases, clients nationally. No prior in-person visit required.
About This Service
Not every question requires a home visit. Our telehealth service connects you with our veterinarian via secure video call for advice, triage, and follow-ups. Available to clients across Victoria and beyond, telehealth is a convenient, low-stress option for many situations.

What's Included & How It Works
- 01
Book a telehealth appointment online and complete a short intake form so the vet has the context they need before the call.
- 02
A secure video link arrives by email. Join the call from any device: phone, tablet, or computer.
- 03
Your vet assesses your pet visually, asks targeted questions, and provides triage guidance or care advice for whatever brought you to the call.
- 04
If this is a follow-up after an in-home visit, we revisit the care plan, talk through any changes, and adjust where needed.
- 05
You receive a written summary of recommendations afterwards. If in-person care turns out to be the right next step, we coordinate the referral.
Pricing
Our telehealth consultation service is $99. Any additional services or medications will be quoted separately.
We'll always confirm costs before your visit, no hidden fees.

Quality of Life Consultation
Helping you know when it's time, without pressure
When your pet is ageing or living with a serious illness, it can be hard to know whether their quality of life is still good enough. This consultation is a calm, unhurried conversation and examination at home, where our vet assesses your pet's comfort, dignity, and day-to-day experience, and helps you decide what the right next step looks like. For some families that's palliative care to keep their pet comfortable for longer; for others, it's the clarity that it's time to say goodbye.
