Before You Get in Touch

A few of the questions we're asked most often, and honest answers so you can decide whether we're the right fit.

During business hours we usually respond within a few hours. Overnight and weekend messages are answered the next business day. If your pet's situation is urgent, particularly end-of-life care, please call us directly rather than using the form so we can triage and arrange a visit quickly.

Telling us a bit about your pet helps us give a useful first reply. Their species and age, a short description of what's going on (illness, behavioural concern, end-of-life questions), your suburb, and the service you think you need are all helpful. If you're unsure which service fits, just describe the situation and we'll guide you.

Please phone us if you can, we do our best to accommodate urgent and same-day visits, especially for end-of-life care. If we can't see you today, we'll try to refer you to another mobile vet or a trusted local clinic. We know these moments are difficult and we won't leave you without options.

Absolutely. We're happy to answer questions about whether a home visit is right for your pet, what to expect, pricing, or timing, without any pressure to book. Many families reach out first simply to understand their options, and we welcome that.
