Our mobile service suits the situations where being at home genuinely matters — where a clinic visit adds stress, or where unhurried time with your pet is the whole point.
Senior and end-of-life pets
For aging pets who find travel difficult, or when you're navigating end-of-life decisions, being at home removes the last source of stress at a time when calm matters most.
Anxious pets
Some pets — especially cats and shelter-rescue dogs — find clinic visits overwhelming. Being seen in their own environment gives us a much more accurate picture of how they really are.
Multi-pet households
Transporting multiple pets to a clinic is a logistical challenge. At home, we can see everyone in one visit without cages, carriers, or juggling.
Quality of life assessments
Evaluating a pet's comfort, mobility, and day-to-day experience is something we can only truly do in the environment where that life happens — not in a 15-minute clinic slot.
Palliative and comfort care
Ongoing support for pets with chronic or serious illness is often better delivered at home, where we can see the full picture of their daily routine and adjust the care plan to fit.
Behavioural consultations
Behaviour is context-dependent. Seeing your pet in their own home — with their own triggers, spaces, and routines — is far more revealing than anything we'd observe in a consult room.
What we don't do
We're not set up for emergency care, surgery, diagnostic imaging, or in-house pathology. For those we'll always point you to the right local clinic. If your pet is in an immediate emergency, please call your nearest 24-hour vet directly.
