Online Vet Consultations — Melbourne & Victoria
Not every question needs a home visit. Our telehealth service connects you with our registered veterinarian via secure video call — for advice, triage, and follow-ups from the comfort of your home.
What Telehealth Can Help With
Triage
Not sure if your pet needs urgent care? We can assess the situation and advise whether an emergency visit is needed.
Care plan guidance
Discuss your pet's current care plan, review progress, and get advice on next steps — without the need for a clinic visit.
Follow-up consultations
Check in after an at home visit to review progress and adjust the care plan as needed.
Behaviour advice
Discuss behaviour concerns, ask questions about a behaviour plan, or get initial advice before booking an in-person consultation.
Quality-of-life discussions
Talk through how your pet is doing, discuss palliative care options, or prepare for end-of-life decisions.
General guidance
Diet, nutrition, exercise, preventive care, and any other question you have — without the need for a clinic visit.
