What's Included & How It Works

  1. 01

Book online or call us. Once a time is confirmed, our vet arranges a pre-visit telehealth call to talk through exactly how the visit will go and answer any questions you have.

  2. 02

We arrive at your home at the agreed time and spend unhurried time with you and your dog, settling them in their favourite spot, surrounded by family.

  3. 03

A gentle pre-sedation is given so your dog drifts into a deep, calm sleep, completely relaxed and free of any stress.

  4. 04

When your family is ready, the procedure is carried out peacefully. We then give you quiet time with your dog to say goodbye at your own pace.

  5. 05

If cremation is elected, we handle the transfer and coordinate the cremation arrangements with our trusted partner. A paw print or fur clipping keepsake is offered before we leave, and grief support resources can be shared with you if needed.

Cremation is organised for an extra fee; transfer from your home to our cremation partner is included in those prices.

This is the most personal decision you'll face as a dog owner. Common signs include persistent pain or discomfort that cannot be managed, inability to eat or drink, loss of interest in favourite activities, incontinence or inability to move, and more bad days than good. We're happy to talk through your dog's specific situation over the phone or via telehealth, without pressure.

No. We always give a gentle pre-sedation first, so your dog drifts into a deep, comfortable sleep before anything else happens. The euthanasia solution is then administered while they are fully relaxed and peaceful. The process is gentle and completely painless.

Absolutely. Your whole family, including children and other dogs or cats, is welcome to be present. Many families find it meaningful for all pets to be there. We create a calm, unhurried space so everyone can say goodbye in their own way.

We can coordinate private cremation (ashes returned to you) or communal cremation. We can also advise on home burial. There is no rush to decide, we'll walk you through the options gently at the time or beforehand if you prefer to plan ahead.

For planned goodbyes, we recommend booking 2–3 days ahead for the most flexibility. For urgent situations, please call us directly, we'll always try to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
